All programmes offered are based on national and international requirements, leading to recognized qualifications. For your convenience, part time and full time classes are offered. The process of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) is practiced at Madge Wallace. RPL is used as a form of acknowledging and assessing students who have had previous training. This is a process to promote life-long learning.

Beauty Therapy Diploma

The 1st year training covers all aspects of Skincare Therapy treatments, while the 2nd year focuses on the Body Therapy treatments. The 3rd Year gives the Student the opportunity to specialize and concentrate on Advanced Treatments. This fully comprehensive 2 Year Diploma Course places the graduate in a perfect position to enter the job market with confidence due to the well-earned and highly respected qualifications offered at the Madge Wallace Colleges. Attending the 3rd year specialised subject programme, focusses on the students' individual passion for specific modules which hones skills and produces passionate therapists in their field.

On successful completion of the 2nd year programme, the student is awarded the Madge Wallace Skincare Therapy & Body Therapy National Diploma and will have the option to do the CIDESCO and ITEC International exams.

Case Studies & Exams

ASSIGNMENTS & RESEARCH
Students are required to complete a certain number of case studies in each of the treatments covered in their course, in addition to a number of assignments and research projects. These may vary between courses.

EXAMINATIONS and ASSESSMENTS
Continuous assessments are conducted throughout the training and the final assessment is conducted on completion of a programme to establish the competency of each student. Practical and Theory assessments are conducted in accordance with National and International requirements.
